We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Returned in original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and inserts must be included
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be approved.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please use the prepaid return label included in the package to return the item to us.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or personal preference, you are responsible for arranging the return label and covering all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Restocking Fees

We value our customers. The Kandy Store does NOT charge any restocking fee.
